Nahed is a dedicated Medical Office Assistant at CarePoint Health. With a Bachelor of Arts in

English and a background in elementary education, she has always had a passion for helping

others. After five years as a teacher, she transitioned into healthcare, earning certifications as a

medical lab technician (OSMT) and medical office assistant. Over the past nine years, she has

gained valuable experience working in medical offices and as a phlebotomist in research,

combining her attention to detail with a commitment to patient care.

Beyond her professional work, she is actively involved within the community. She is a member

of the Professional Advisory Committee at her college, worked closely with Clarkson Community

at Peace, and leads a cultural weekend school for MCNA on behalf of ICNA. She believes that

kindness and compassion makes all the difference, and strives to create a meaningful impact in

every patient’s lives.
